Your Mission: Sales Excellence

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of prominent brands, mastering the art of customer engagement and driving sales through exceptional customer service. This role is designed to cultivate your sales expertise and lay the foundation for your career journey.

Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored sales pitches with the aim to create revenue for your client.
Engage & Influence: Represent our client within various face to face, residential environments across Southampton, building customer relationships, whilst making sales and sales commission
Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive sales performance and contribute to team success.
Brand & Product Mastery: Become a knowledgeable brand advocate, confidently addressing customer inquiries.
Team Collaboration & Leadership Development: Share insights, support colleagues, and develop crucial leadership skills, so you can train new sales representatives that join your team
